Return and refund policy:
If you find any problems with the product print or the product does not print to your specifications, you will need to notify the company within 3 business days of receiving the order. If the print is incorrect or no print is specified, we will reprint your original order without refund. Defect inspection is done by the management team. Customers need to use their own expenses to send the job of defective products to the company within 7 working days in order to receive reprints of the products. Charges for accelerated orders are non-refundable.
